This full-time position seeks an experienced candidate with expertise in fire alarms and customer service. At Troy Life & Fire Safety, you will ensure system reliability and client satisfaction while serving as a key point of contact. You'll be part of a national leader in fire safety, committed to enhancing workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and inspections on fire alarm systems
• Ensure client satisfaction and system reliability
• Complete work orders accurately and promptly
• Respond on-call for emergency service requests
• Facilitate communication between customers and Troy
Requirements:
• 2+ years in fire alarm systems experience
• Community college electronics training preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of ULC, CSA, and Canadian Electrical codes
