Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a dependable Jr Installer who is eager to learn and grow. This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving. You will work in diverse settings, including field service and warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally repair and maintain HVAC equipment
• Instruct customers on proper use and care of gas appliances
• Create positive relationships and promote company products
• Remain flexible for service roles and installation tasks
• Communicate effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card required
• Class G Driver’s License is mandatory
• Physically capable of performing job duties
• Previous HVAC experience preferred
