Maintenance Labourer

Position: Maintenance Labourer for RIMOWA
Join RIMOWA North America as a full-time Facilities and Maintenance Labourer in Cambridge, ON. This role involves hands-on responsibilities such as diagnosing repairs, upkeep of facilities, and maintaining grounds.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this full-time role supports daily facility operations and includes various maintenance tasks like plumbing, drywall, and building structure repairs. Key skills required include carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC experience, ensuring a high-quality standard in all duties performed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair facility issues promptly

• Move and repair furniture as needed

• Maintain water filters and softeners regularly

• Clean grounds and manage outdoor areas in winter

• Guide contractors and ensure proper PPE usage

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC

• Ability to lift up to 25 kgs

• Knowledge of OH&S policies and safety practices

• Strong organizational and communication skills
