Position: Shop Foreman for Amico
Amico is seeking a skilled 310T licensed Shop Foreman to oversee operations in our Cambridge shop. Drive efficient equipment repairs and provide mentorship in a team-focused environment.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that repairs on construction equipment and vehicles are performed safely and efficiently. With a minimum of five years’ experience, your expertise in diagnosing mechanical issues will be vital as you maintain the Amico fleet’s productivity. Collaboration with the Shop Service Manager and coordinated tasks will enhance repair schedules and parts procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor apprentices and shop technicians

• Communicate with management to align on maintenance schedules

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment for maximum uptime

• Prepare detailed service and repair reports swiftly

• Uphold safety standards while executing repairs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of heavy equipment repair experience

• Valid 310T license; 421A license is a plus

• Proven shop leadership and team organization skills

• Ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues

• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
