This Maintenance Plumber role is tailored for a skilled professional with Journeyperson and Gas Technician certifications. You'll oversee preventive and restorative work on plumbing and HVAC systems, addressing client concerns while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Your technical evaluation skills will be crucial in providing effective solutions and guiding project scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures
• Service and maintain HVAC mechanical equipment
• Evaluate issues and provide technical solutions
• Organize worksite and ensure client/tenant comfort
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Plumber (306A) status
• Gas Technician II or III certification compliance
• Backflow Tester & Installer Certificate, or attain within 6 months
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid G driver’s license with clean record
