Gerdau is seeking skilled Electricians to support our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems vital to steel production. Your expertise in PLC systems and high-voltage operations will ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities while working as part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain electronic control systems
• Perform regular checks on machinery and systems
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues related to operations
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance
• Support training and guidance for peers
Requirements:
• Certified as an Industrial Electrician (442A) or similar
• Intermediate involvement with electrical control systems
• Knowledge of safety protocol including ARC flash
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Basic familiarity with data systems like SAP
