Join TMMC's Skilled Trades team as a Licensed Millwright. This key role involves maintaining plant equipment and enhancing processes to ensure uninterrupted production. Your hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repair will play a crucial part in our commitment to excellence and innovation in automotive manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair machinery to improve efficiency
• Ensure uptime through effective preventative maintenance
• Weld and fabricate using mills and lathes
• Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical and electrical assignments
Requirements:
• Valid Millwright Certificate or Red Seal License required
• Apprenticeship completion or 3 years relevant experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting
• Availability for rotating shifts at our facilities
