As a Custom Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for surface preparation, paint application, and equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing environments are crucial for this role. You’ll work with spray equipment to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality that meets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces using sanding, grinding, and scraping

• Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment

• Monitor for flaws and correct issues as needed

• Maintain and clean all painting equipment regularly

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial painting or willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Understanding of different paint coatings

• Familiarity with spray guns and painting tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
