Amico is hiring a qualified Shop Foreman to lead the maintenance operations at our Cambridge facility. In this hands-on role, you will ensure that all repairs on construction equipment are conducted safely and effectively while mentoring junior staff. Your responsibilities will include timely communication with management to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Amico’s health and safety standards

• Mentor and support apprentices in their development

• Manage schedules and parts needs effectively

• Diagnose various mechanical issues and repair as needed

• Ensure thorough documentation of service activities

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment repair

• Holds a valid 310T license; 421A license preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiar with diagnostic technology and equipment types

• Possess a valid G class driver's license and clean record
