Overview

All-Brite Glass & Tint is a leading, locally owned and family-operated business serving the automotive, commercial, and residential markets for over 30 years. We specialize in Glass Repair, Replacement, and Window Film Services across the Tri-City region and beyond. We’re hiring a skilled Auto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience.

Compensation

Base pay range: CA $55,000.00/yr – CA $75,000.00/yr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair auto glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles — cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices.
  • Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment — in the shop and in service vehicles.
  • Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands-on technical experience in a similar trade).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor — you’re the face of our service.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment.
  • Reliable and punctual — you show up, follow through, and take ownership.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights.
  • Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program.
