In this full-time role as a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Caterpillar equipment. You will prepare service reports and actively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. We're looking for a motivated team member dedicated to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems accurately
• Service and repair equipment within set guidelines
• Prepare service reports in a timely fashion
• Communicate effectively with customers for enhanced relations
• Support customer needs through specialized assignments
Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary education and valid Technician Licence
• 3-5 years of experience in the field
• Commitment to health and safety policies
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training
