Position: Truck Mechanic Role at Challenger
Become a key player at Challenger as a Truck Mechanic in Cambridge, Ontario. This role emphasizes vehicle maintenance and customer service within a dedicated maintenance shop.

We are looking for a Licensed Truck Mechanic (310T) or an Experienced Apprentice Mechanic who thrives in a hands-on environment. At Challenger, you'll be responsible for the daily and preventative maintenance of our fleet of trucks and trailers. Your strong customer focus and technical skills will help maintain our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles

• Conduct safety inspections as per regulations

• Document repairs and parts used accurately

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop

Requirements:

• Valid 310T Certification or training within the apprenticeship

• Previous technician experience is an asset

• G-class driver’s license required

• Strong understanding of truck systems and diagnostics

• Eagerness to work collaboratively and learn continuously
