Dorchester County Public Schools is seeking a Mentor Development Specialist to serve as a mentor and district liaison for new teachers. The role includes training teachers in instructional strategies and supporting their professional growth.
This is a part-time hourly position at $35.00 per hour, with a maximum of 22 hours per week, funded through the Title IIA grant. Ideal candidates should have at least five years of teaching experience and a Maryland Advanced Professional License.
