Medical Records Coordinator and Central Supply

Mallard Bay Nursing and Rehab is looking for a highly organized Medical Records and Central Supply Coordinator to support our clinical team and ensure resident records are accurate, complete, and secure. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Maintain and organize resident medical records for accuracy and compliance
• Review charts for completeness, signatures, and required documentation
• Prepare and finalize records for discharged residents
• Process medical record requests in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Pull charts for audits and collaborate with nursing and other departments
• Follow up on missing information as needed
• Order, receive, stock, and dispense departmental supplies, and maintain an accurate inventory
• Maintain accurate records of facility supplies and resident and ancillary services, preparing reports as required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Healthcare or medical records experience preferred
