PRN Physical Therapist

Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a PRN or part‑time position. You will provide exceptional, personalized care that addresses each resident’s unique needs. By motivating patients during treatment, you will help them function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The PT will establish and carry out a comprehensive treatment plan, and provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, progress, and long‑term functional outcomes.
