Location
Cambridge VA Outpatient Clinic
Cambridge, MD
- Monday–Friday
- 8 AM – 5 PM
- On-call required
Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures including:
- Duplex ultrasound of arterial and venous systems
- Carotid artery exams
- Doppler evaluation
- Segmental pressure testing
- Pulse volume recording
- Impedance plethysmography
Additional responsibilities:
- Provide preliminary diagnostic evaluation to physicians
- Document findings in VA electronic medical record
- Educate patients and coordinate with clinical staff
- Follow ACR and Joint Commission standards
- ARDMS certification required
- Current unrestricted state license
BLS certification - Ability to perform complex vascular studies
- VA credentialing approval required
