Snowbird Agility is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DHA/WMT program, overseeing a team of 20 personnel and a $4M annual budget. You will act as Snowbird’s senior point of contact with DHA/WMT, ensuring contract compliance, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
The role requires a PMP, preferably Scrum certification, and hands-on leadership of Agile delivery, Dev Sec Ops , and QA across releases. Travel as needed and strong communication are essential.
