* Summary:

** Supports conveying, fabrication, and sprocket manufacturing by keeping materials stocked, removing scrap and trash, and maintaining efficient production flow.
*
* Schedule:

** Monday – Thursday

Hours:

5:00AM-3:30PM
** Hourly Range:**             $20 - $22/hour.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Deliver raw materials, components, and consumables to workstations.
* Remove scrap metal, trash, empty bins, and packaging waste from all departments.
* Move WIP and finished parts between fabrication, machining, assembly, and shipping.
* Replenish welding wire, hardware, grinding discs, lubricants, and packaging supplies.
* Maintain point‐of‐use inventory and communicate shortages.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and overhead cranes safely.
* Support 6S and maintain clean, organized work areas.
*
* Qualifications:

*** Manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
* Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods.
* Forklift and/or crane certification (or ability to become certified).
* Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
* Ability to work in fast-paced production areas and prioritize material needs.
* Basic understanding of fabrication, machining, or assembly is a plus.
** Required
* ** High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1–3 years warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 25 lbs. frequently to constantly, work in a shop/production environment.
** Preferred
* ** Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 6S practices.
* Must be able to constantly stand or sit for long periods of time as necessary in the work area.
