The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations in a complex machining environment, ensuring safety, quality, volume, and cost goals are met. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and continuously recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
