Sign On Bonus available after 90 days
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred
- Previous Supervisory experience in a SNF/LTC setting preferred Customer Service Champion a plus
- Weekdays M-F/Part of On Call Rotation
