• Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred experienced providers but open to considering new graduates.
• Current BLS certification obtained prior to providing direct patient care.
• Experience preferred, not required.
• DEA and CDS eligible.
