Geriatric Nursing Assistant Requirements &Responsibilities:- Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification (GNA)
- High School Diplomaor G.E.D
- Familiaritywithnursingcareproceduresandterminology
- Assistingresidentswithactivitiesofdailyliving(ADLs)
- Provide companionship,emotionalcomfortandsupporttoresidents
- Communicateanddocumenteffectivelywithnurses,physicians,therapistandfamiliesregardingresidentcare
