We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Our store offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth, from entry-level positions to management roles.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership or management positions.

You must be 16 years of age or older.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor skills for rapid and precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F (cooler) to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
• Handling of sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, squatting, reaching, and dexterous hand tasks.

• Stand, walk, lift, and carry as described.
• Perform frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks requiring coordination.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and tools.
