The Market Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked retail environment. This role supports daily operations of the market, including sales of mobile phones, accessories, and general retail items.
What You'll Do:
* Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on phones, accessories, and retail merchandise.
* Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
* Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and rotate inventory as needed.
* Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
* Keep the market area clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and report low‑stock items.
* Follow all cash‑handling, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
* Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance on mobile devices and accessories.
* Support promotional activities and product launches.
