Wage and Compensation

• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location.
• Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
