Overview

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the rapidly evolving world of cyber insurance? At Risk Placement Services (RPS) we are seeking a Broker Account Executive to join our team of specialists. This role is critical in driving new business revenue while delivering tailored cyber insurance solutions to our clients. You’ll lead a client service team, manage day-to-day account activities, and contribute to the success of accounts with varying complexities in the cyber insurance space.

How

You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and acquire new business revenue from both new and existing clients, focusing on cyber insurance solutions.
  • Lead a client service team to ensure seamless account management and exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage accounts with low to medium complexity while supporting senior executives in handling larger, more complex books of business.
  • Oversee key processes and internal activities to ensure the delivery of client-facing services that address the unique challenges of cyber risk.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
  • License required.
  • A passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of cyber risk and insurance.
  • Expertise in cyber insurance products and solutions, with a focus on delivering tailored strategies.
  • The ability to manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • A collaborative mindset to lead and support your team in achieving shared goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee day-to-day account management and deliver innovative solutions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
