• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and elevate any critical communication or incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.)
• Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety required
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
• Dignified character that models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100‑bed residential facility offering inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. The newly renovated, modern building provides an array of amenities and a true hotel‑like experience on 7.74 acres of picturesque, secluded property. The multidisciplinary staff includes therapists, clinicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians trained in all key therapeutic modalities – all of whom provide compassionate, dignified and unsurpassed care each day.
