Job DescriptionDorchester County Public Schools is currently accepting applications for Bus Drivers
.
- Operate a Dorchester County School Bus
- Maintain regular paperwork associated with transporting students
- Perform pre and post trip inspections of buses
- Monitor students while bus is in transit
- Maintain cleanliness of bus
- Assist with transportation of bus to garage for service as needed
- Attend necessary training classes
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager
- Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a State high school equivalence certificate
- Must be currently certified as a Maryland School Bus Driver
- Meet all Motor Vehicle Administration and State Department of Education requirements for school vehicle drivers
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $27,394 to $39,407 Per Year
