Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role focuses on core accounting functions, including reconciliations, financial reporting support, and month-end close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment, and is eager to expand their accounting expertise while making a tangible impact.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and monthly expense allocations
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, etc.)
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with intercompany and multi-entity accounting
• Support VAT and other indirect tax compliance where applicable
• Assist with financial reporting schedules and audit requests
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Support process improvements within the finance function

• BS in Accounting required
• 2–4 years of experience in staff accounting or public accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Quick Books Online or other accounting systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills across teams and time zones
