We’re seeking an Audit Manager to join our dedicated team specializing in charities and not‑for‑profit organisations.

As an Audit Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with turnovers typically from £1 million to £20 million. You’ll lead audits from planning to completion, working closely with senior managers and trustees. Our team provides specialist audit and business advisory services to more than 250 charities and non‑profits in the UK.

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high quality outcomes.
• Manage and nurture a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with trustees and senior staff.
• Oversee and develop audit teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
• Identify audit risks and recommend improvements to internal controls.
• Support business development activities, including client proposals and cross‑sell opportunities.

• Qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, preferably in charities or not‑for‑profit sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, charity accounting standards, and audit methodology.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with problem‑solving capabilities.
