Title: Controller

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 + discretionary bonus

Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting operations and oversee the accounting team

• Manage financial reporting and core general accounting functions

• Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes

• Oversee month-end/year-end close and account reconciliation activities

• Coordinate tax, audit, and annual reporting requirements

• Collaborate with senior finance leadership on financial and operational initiatives

• Maintain effective accounting controls and ensure timely, accurate reporting

• Evaluate current accounting processes and implement operational improvements

Controller Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Proven Controller-level or senior accounting leadership experience

• Strong technical accounting foundation with the ability to work independently

• Well-rounded experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

• Demonstrated experience leading accounting operations and managing staff

• Professional services industry experience is preferred but not required

• Hands-on leadership style with direct ownership of accounting activities
