Position: Executive Assistant I

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring an Executive Assistant I for a top leading pharmaceutical organization near Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Oversee Purchase Orders (POs), SOWs, and budget tracking
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint and One Drive systems
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings and team events
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative experience (corporate/biotech preferred)
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, One Drive)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity with professionalism

    Cambridge, MA
  • Position Type: 12 months contract
  • Salary range approved: $20-21.50/hr. depending on experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
