Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars with prioritization and rescheduling as needed
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders and manage logistics for travel and events

Required Experience and Skills
  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Expertise in managing complex calendars and coordinating travel logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, discretion, professionalism, and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience supporting in a corporate, professional services, or financial setting
