Why join Harvard University Central Administration?

Through dynamic and collaborative partnerships, CADM provides high‑quality and efficient services to the schools to help them achieve their goals.
Presidential Initiative on Interfaith Engagement
The Presidential Initiative on Interfaith Engagement is building a campus where respect for all identities flourishes, relationships bridge divides, and cooperation for the common good is a lived reality. The Initiative serves students, faculty, and staff across all of Harvard's schools, offices, and departments and from all religious, spiritual, and ethical backgrounds. In a world that often feels fractured, the Initiative provides the spaces, tools, and support to help the Harvard community replace assumption with inquiry and isolation with genuine relationship.
The Initiative maintains a vibrant programming calendar — hosting 80+ events in the 2025–26 school year alone — forms partnerships across the university, and shapes its offerings on the foundations of inclusive infrastructure, religious literacy & agility, deep encounters, and meaning making.
