Compensation: $30.15 per hour

Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

What you’ll do
  • Support data science leaders and their teams with calendar management, meeting logistics, and scheduling for in‑person and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, process expenses, and assist with interview logistics for new team members.
  • Organize cross‑departmental meetings, large on‑site/off‑site events, and collaborate closely with other administrative teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security for sensitive documents and proposals.
  • Manage shifting priorities while exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Build positive relationships with staff at all levels and ensure seamless communication and administrative support.
When you’ll be a good fit
  • Have extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Possess solid computer skills and are familiar with productivity tools and portals such as Concur, Ariba, eMarketplace, SharePoint, and others (preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment and can adapt quickly to new priorities.
  • Can handle confidential information and exercise independent discretion and sound judgment.
  • Excel in teamwork and collaboration, and enjoy building relationships across departments.
