A Day in the Life of the

  • Timely complete digital requests for new purchase orders, change orders, and invoices as requested.
  • Communicate with multiple departments to ensure accurate information is shared.
  • Maintain digital records for various processes, contractors, and teams.
  • Keep all process documents updated and organized as changes occur.
  • Assist with development of training programs as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 1+ years as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong critical‑thinking, attention to detail and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to track and analyze data.
  • Effective communication with peers, boundary partners and leadership; provide status updates as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment without supervision.
  • Strong computer skills preferred.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Base Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $26.00 – $33.00 per hour, plus opportunities for benefits. Actual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience and capabilities.
