Our client, a well-established family-run independent garage in Cambridge, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. Benefits of working as a Vehicle Technician with our client include:- Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000, with potential earnings up to £48,000 including OTE
- Monday to Friday working pattern, with an early finish at 4pm on Fridays

- Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Perform diagnostics and inspections on a variety of prestige vehicles
- Carry out MOT testing as an MOT Tester
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to high-quality standards, and in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for all repairs and services
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Support the workshop in achieving productivity and quality benchmarks Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician, Vehicle Technician, or MOT Tester
- MOT Tester qualification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge, particularly within prestige vehicle servicing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for working with high-end vehicles and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, professional attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
