• Analyze and evaluate vehicle damage to determine the cost of repairs
• Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs
• Use computerized estimating systems to generate accurate repair estimates
• Review repair estimates and negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair and reasonable pricing
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, policyholders, and repair shops to facilitate the claims process
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to vehicle repairs

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components
• Experience in auto body repair, auto restoration, or automotive service is highly preferred
• Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and insurance policies is a plus
• Excellent negotiation skills to ensure fair pricing for repairs
• Ability to analyze complex information and make accurate assessments of vehicle damage
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
