Overview

MORSE Corp is an employee owned, small business based in Cambridge, MA, Arlington, VA, and Seattle, WA with a history of fielding cutting-edge technology. MORSE seeks a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst Co-op to plan, track, analyze, report, and monitor the contractual and financial performance of our Department of Defense and national security research and development programs. You will collaborate with chief engineers, program managers, business operations, and contracts to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on program status on multiple programs varying in size and complexity with attention to contractually deliverable reports, 75% spent metrics, and backlog reporting
  • Collaborating with chief engineers, program managers, portfolio leaders, contracts, and business leadership to understand and track program financial health
  • Developing and delivering reports to assess program contractual and financial performance and projections including the opportunity pipeline
  • Creating and maintaining Excel and ERP-based reports that will be custom-developed based on program requirements
Skills and Requirements
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or other related field
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (examples include JAMIS, Deltek, and Unanet)
  • Experience with databases such as SQL and/or Microsoft Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven, often fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work independently

MORSE Corps pay range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.

Compensation

$28 - $33 USD
