Our modular suite of organic growth solutions are purpose-built for RIAs. Our goal is to revolutionize the financial advisory landscape by offering personalized, scalable solutions through advanced technology and data analytics. In 2022, we launched from Cambridge’s innovation hub with Link Ventures as our lead investor.

Today, we’ve helped over 100,000 Americas with over $80 billion in potential client assets connect with 13,000 trusted advisors.

About the Role

Are you a consulting professional who thrives on turning complex data into game-changing strategies? Do you get excited about building models that drive real business outcomes? We're looking for a brilliant analytical mind who can design and execute data-driven strategies that help our financial advisory partners achieve predictable, sustained growth. This role is ideal for a former McKinsey, BCG, or Bain consultant (or equivalent) or a recent MBA graduate or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field or close to graduation with 3–5 years of consulting experience.

Reporting to Business Development, you'll combine strategic thinking, quantitative modeling, and partner-facing leadership to deliver actionable, high-confidence recommendations that transform how our partners grow their businesses. You'll also play an active role in identifying and closing new partnership opportunities, bringing the same analytical rigor to prospecting and outbound sales motion as you do to partner strategy.

This is an in-person role requiring 4 days per week in our Cambridge, MA office. You'll transform complex data into practical growth plans, ensuring partners have clear strategies to improve performance and expand budgets while having fun building something amazing.

We believe work should be engaging and intellectually stimulating - you'll be solving challenging problems that directly impact our partners’ success while working with cutting-edge data and analytics in the financial advisory space.
