Forrester Research is seeking an Executive Partner to work with senior leaders in customer experience and digital transformation. The role supports the VIP service tier, advising the most senior customers on customer-obsessed strategies and delivering business outcomes for $1B‑plus organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic business advisor to VIP clients, challenging their thinking and providing actionable feedback on initiatives and deliverables.
  • Engage clients to understand key initiatives and help them realize defined business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain client engagement plans that drive ongoing value delivery.
  • Collaborate with account executives and customer success teams to ensure seamless, proactive account management.
  • Contribute to business goals, including client satisfaction, retention, account enrichment, and new bookings.
  • Build strong internal connections with research, consulting, and data analytics functions to mobilize strategic resources.
  • Support the sales organization, including participation in proof‑of‑concept calls with prospective clients.
  • Participate in research ideation and content planning to represent CX and digital priorities.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of senior CX, digital, or consumer marketing leadership experience, directly responsible for customer experience or reporting to a C‑level executive.
  • Client‑service experience with executives at large multinational organizations.
  • Intimate familiarity with CX and digital best practices across industries, with experience in financial services and healthcare considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to work across functions (marketing, digital, CX, product) to operationalize customer‑obsessed practices that drive growth.
  • Professional presence that creates positive impressions with C‑suite executives through all communication channels.
  • Strong collaboration, partnering, and influencing skills, and a track record of achieving success in collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Embodies Forrester values of client focus, collaboration, courage, integrity, and quality.
Compensation

Base salary range: $180,000 – $294,000 (U.S. national; NYC and Georgia ranges excluded). Additional compensation and bonus information varies by location and performance.
