AI Policy Strategist — Economic Development & Partnerships

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is seeking an AI Policy Associate for the Project AI Evidence (PAIE) initiative. In this role, you will bridge the gap between economics, AI, and policy to facilitate AI research by J-PAL affiliates, transform this research into actionable poverty alleviation policies, and collaborate with organizations for evidence-informed AI-based policy development. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required.

Strong training in economics and a basic understanding of Machine Learning are essential.
