The Sr. Manager, Demand Planner & Revenue Operations is part of the North America Region Integrated Supply Chain team and is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand and revenue forecasts for the Hospital Patient Monitoring - Consumables business in the North America Region (NAR). The role leverages historical data and predictive analytics to support strategic planning and improve forecast precision.

• Lead the development of Consumables demand forecasts using statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and market insights to produce high‑quality demand forecasts that optimize decision‑making and resource allocation.
• Develop and refine advanced revenue forecasting models for Consumables, integrating market trends, sales funnel dynamics, and historical data to enhance forecast precision, and work under limited supervision to support strategic planning.
• Partner with finance and supply chain teams to align Consumables plans with budget, inventory, and service‑level objectives, guiding cross‑departmental collaboration to synchronize revenue targets with resource planning.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to conduct deep dives into revenue data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or optimization; implement and configure demand‑planning and revenue‑operations software such as o9.
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments with scenario planning and stress testing to anticipate future challenges, deploy advanced technologies for risk detection, and develop contingency plans with stakeholders to mitigate impacts on revenue streams.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in demand planning, revenue operations, supply‑chain management, or equivalent, or at least 3 years of experience with a master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with o9 software is preferred.
• Your skill set includes supply‑chain management, enterprise resource planning systems, inventory management, continuous improvement, demand forecasting, scenario planning, strategic planning, vendor and material management, KPI management, people management, and strategy development.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis/Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• You can successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.

• Competitive base pay ranging from $114,000 to $204,000 depending on region.
• Eligibility for annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentive, depending on role and performance.

This is an office role located in Cambridge, MA;
Nashville, TN; or Murrysville, PA. Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to one of the specified locations. No relocation benefits will be provided.
