DirectorRole:
Lead client strategic and transaction advisory engagements, including primary research, structuring deliverables, leading client meetings, managing staff, and mentoring junior consultants.
- Conduct primary research and analysis.
- Structure, construct, and manage client deliverables.
- Lead and participate in client meetings and teleconferences.
- Coordinate small internal teams.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or federal government markets at a consulting firm, private equity sponsor, investment bank, or corporate development role.
- Highly motivated and articulate; strong in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, quantitative analysis expertise.
- Experience managing complex client engagements.
- Knowledge of supply‑chain and M&A dynamics in commercial aviation, defense, space, and government services.
Role:
Lead development and production of analytical products supporting strategy and transaction practices, manage project execution and deliverables, and interact with clients.
- Produce high‑quality work products using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Lead primary industry research and analysis; build PowerPoint exhibits and Excel models.
- Participate in client meetings and teleconferences.
- Define, build, and deliver ‘modules’ of CSP reports.
- Contribute to CSP forecasting efforts.
- Research and maintain client‑ready models for market sizing and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, military, or relevant industry roles.
- A four‑year degree from a top‑tier institution in economics, engineering, finance, business, political science, or public policy.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience building financial and market models.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and in small teams under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of aerospace, defense, and federal technology services markets.
- Proven experience executing and managing complex analytical assignments.
Role:
Assist in production of analytic products supporting strategy and transaction practices, develop models, and perform research and analysis.
- Produce high‑quality work products with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support senior staff in primary industry research, building PowerPoint exhibits and Excel models.
- Assist in design and production of CSP report modules.
- Contribute to forecasting efforts.
- Research and prepare client‑ready models to perform market sizing and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, military, or relevant industry roles.
- A four‑year degree from a selective institution in business, economics, international relations, or security studies.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Understanding of federal programmatic and budgeting processes or commercial aviation market dynamics.
