Sr Global Product Manager, MCT Clinical Systems

As a Senior Product Manager within Philips Ambulatory & Monitoring Diagnostics Service Solutions team, you will collaborate in defining the Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) clinical systems product strategy that aligns with the AM&D portfolio vision and global market alignment. This role is responsible for our flagship clinical software/hardware platform.

• Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
• Lead lifecycle management and market readiness activities, including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs.
• Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure effective market entry.
• Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams to enhance their effectiveness.
• Manage one or more direct reports, as applicable.

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Medical device experience required.
• Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level software products is a plus.
• Cardiology and service industry experience (IDTF, Care Delivery, Lab) is a significant plus.
• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field; MBA preferred and can substitute for 3 years of work experience.

• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally; travel not expected to exceed 10‑20%.
• Requires U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship will be considered.

Pay range (Malvern, PA): $130,000 to $209,000. Pay range (Cambridge, MA): $139,000 to $223,000. Compensation may vary based on multiple factors. Other compensation such as annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
