Responsibilities
- Shape and advance Mass Mutual’s expense management strategy
- Lead key initiatives, capabilities, and policies
- Interpret third-party benchmarking data and identify actionable insights
- Drive alignment across the organization while partnering closely with Procurement and Strategic Priorities
- Support delivery and execution in expense management
- Help manage expense base and analyze opportunities to improve efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in finance roles, with a proven ability to work across a highly matrixed organization
- 3+ years of experience using advanced forecasting and strategic planning techniques, including activity-based costing and zero-based budgeting
- 3+ years of experience analyzing financial data and translating insights into clear recommendations for business leaders.
