Responsibilities- Project and Program Management
- Own the day-to-day project management for one or more launch work streams, including planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery status
- Build and maintain launch timelines, workback plans, and RACI documents that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, capture action items, track owners and due dates, and drive follow-through
- Manage risks and issues actively — surface them early, propose mitigations, and elevate appropriately
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including decision logs, meeting notes, and status reports
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the connective tissue across marketing, medical affairs, market access, commercial operations, DD&T, patient services, and sales enablement teams
- Coordinate handoffs between work streams to ensure launch readiness milestones are met on time
- Support vendor and agency coordination as needed for launch deliverables
- Maintain visibility into dependencies across teams and flag conflicts before they impact timelines
- Communication and Reporting
- Prepare status updates and reports for launch leadership on a weekly and monthly cadence
- Translate detailed project data into clear, decision-ready summaries for senior stakeholders
- Support preparation of Steering Committee materials, launch readiness reviews, and executive briefings
- Coordinate communications across teams to keep everyone informed of milestones, decisions, and changes
- Operational Excellence
- Establish repeatable project management practices and templates that can scale as the launch progresses
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Support post-launch transition planning, including operational handoffs to sustaining functions
- 3+ years of professional Project Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple concurrent work streams
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and executive audiences
- Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with brand launch, product launch, or commercial readiness environments
- Understanding of the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) promotional content review process
- Experience supporting rare disease, specialty, or oncology products
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Scrum/Agile certifications
- Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
