We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support both the Developmental GTEx (dGTEx) Consortium and the Ardlie Group.

This role serves as a central coordination point for consortium operations, lab administration, and NIH-funded research program management. The individual will oversee project tracking, governance coordination, financial and operational support, and executive-level administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative scientific environment.

Key Responsibilities Project & Consortium Management
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of NIH-funded genomics programs (dGTEx and related initiatives)
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across internal teams, working groups, and external consortium collaborators
  • Track progress, risks, and action items; escalate issues and support mitigation planning
  • Facilitate governance processes across Executive Committee, Steering Committee, and Working Groups
  • Support scientific planning, reporting, and execution of consortium priorities
Lab & Executive Administrative Support
  • Manage PI calendar, scheduling priorities, and meeting coordination
  • Schedule and support internal Ardlie Group meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking
  • Serve as a primary coordination point for internal project and operational questions
  • Coordinate external collaborations, meetings, and communications
  • Support interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and visitor logistics
  • Plan group events and team activities
Meetings, Events & Operations
  • Organize consortium meetings, seminars, and governance sessions
  • Coordinate two annual off-site consortium meetings including logistics and agendas
  • Arrange travel for external collaborators and panel members
  • Ensure effective meeting execution, including materials, documentation, and follow-up tracking
Financial & Grants Support
  • Support budget tracking and forecasting in partnership with PI and grants administration
  • Monitor consortium and lab-related spending, including travel, events, and vendor expenses
  • Process expense reports and support reimbursement workflows
  • Assist with NIH grant reporting and compliance documentation
  • Track computational and cloud expenditures and support monthly reporting Compliance, Data & Reporting
