This role blends traditional onboarding operations training with business coaching. As the primary contact for new franchisees from signed agreement through their first year of operations, you will ensure they are not only operationally ready, but also aligned for performance and growth. Using the Strategic Growth Coaching (SGC) framework, you will support franchisees in setting goals, measuring progress, and staying accountable to their business success.

Competitive compensation of $60,000 - $70,000.
Key responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for new franchisees throughout onboarding and their first year in business, managing the onboarding timeline and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution, guiding franchisees through operations training, software setup, and site readiness, facilitating HQ-based training sessions and onboarding meetings, proactively communicating to address roadblocks and problem-solve in real time, building strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees to encourage confidence and ownership, documenting and evolving onboarding and coaching procedures to improve the experience and outcomes, and applying Strategic Growth Coaching principles to help franchisees set clear business goals, track performance through KPIs, and maintain accountability through consistent check-ins.
Qualifications include 2+ years of experience in franchise operations, onboarding, field coaching, or business advising, a passion for helping others grow and succeed, strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support franchisees, knowledge and experience coaching KPIs, financials, and local marketing principles is a strong asset, a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred but not required, experience with CRM, project management tools, and training platforms is a plus, and the ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
