Associate Director, GDE Functional Learning & Engagement

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of training management, onboarding, capability-building, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and manage GxP and non-GxP training programs aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs, address capability gaps, and implement innovative learning solutions using modern technologies.
• Oversee training governance to ensure compliance (e.g., eQMS) while monitoring metrics for actionable improvements.
• Drive harmonization of learning processes, content standardization, and learner experiences across functions.
• Advance digital learning approaches to improve accessibility, engagement, and user experience while enabling collaboration.

• University degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Substantial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or comparable regulated environments.
• Expertise in Training Management (GxP/non-GxP), Learning & Development, Communications, and Change Management; familiarity with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 preferred.
• Proven track record executing training initiatives that drive engagement and community belonging within mid-size pharma companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in LMS/QMS platforms (e.g., Veeva Quality) and knowledge of leveraging AI for enhanced learning solutions.

Expected Pay Range $146,300/year to $234,100/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (variable).
